Thanks for your plugin. It works great for Constant Contact. Tried others, but this one is simple, straight forward and WORKS out of the box! Will make a donation.

This plugin is ease to use. The only issue I have is it would be nice is there was a class on the submit button to make it easier to style in the CSS
