Simplemente instala el plugin, haz clic en “Crear copia de seguridad ahora” y listo.
Siempre puedes programar copias de seguridad, por ejemplo, definir qué copia de seguridad se debería realizar automáticamente cada semana (o cada día/mes).
Utiliza una amplia variedad de opciones de configuración:

Instalador de Administrador a través de búsqueda
- Visita la pantalla Agregar nuevo plugin y selecciona “Autor” del desplegable cercano al casillero de buscar
- Busca “Migrate”
- Encuentra “Backup Migration” y haz clic en el botón “Instalar ahora”.
- Activa el plugin.

¿Cómo creo mi primera copia de seguridad?

Haz clic en “Crear copia de seguridad ahora” en la página de ajustes del plugin Backup Migration.
Backup Migration creará por defecto una copia de seguridad que contiene todo tu sitio, excepto las copias de seguridad del propio plugin Backup Migration y la instalación de WordPress. Si también quieres incluir la instalación de WordPress, marca la casilla de verificación en la sección “¿De qué se hará copia de seguridad?”.

To transfer website directly from site #1 to site #2: Go to the Backup Migration plugin screen on site #1, then to the Manage & Restore Backup(s) tab where you have the backups list, click on the Copy Link button in the Actions column. Go to the Backup Migration plugin screen on site #2, then to the Manage & Restore Backup(s) tab, click on “Super-quick migration”, paste the copied link, and hit the “Restore now!” button. Esta copia de seguridad se puede realizar de manera mensual, semanal o diaria. Puedes establecer la hora (y día) exacta y cuántas copias de seguridad automáticas desearías mantener en la misma sección del plugin Backup Migration. Recomendamos que optimices el número de las copias de seguridad que se mantendrán de acuerdo al espacio disponible.

¿Cuán grandes son los archivos de copia de seguridad?

El tamaño del archivo de la copia de seguridad depende en los criterios seleccionados en la sección “¿De qué se hará copia de seguridad?” del plugin Backup Migration. Allí puedes ver los cálculos del tamaño del archivo/carpeta cuando guardas tus ajustes. Generalmente, la carpeta de Subidas de WordPress es la más pesada, y las Bases de datos son las más livianas. Si intentas ahorrar espacio, tal vez quieras anular la selección de las carpetas de instalación de WordPress y Plugins, ya que puedes descargarlas en cualquier momento desde fuentes de WP.

How to upload my backup file?

Uploading a backup can be simply done by navigating to the Manage & Restore Backup(s) section of the BM plugin (tab on the right side). There you have “Upload backup file” button, after clicking on it, you need to select a proper backup that is made by this plugin only. You cannot use backups from other plugins (to restore those, go back to those plugins and restore them this way). If you use “Super-quick migration” (section b), your backup will ba automaticaly uploaded. If you are having trouble uploading the backup file, go bac and ensure that the folder designated for backups is writtable. You can find the backup destination in plugin section “Where shall the backup(s) be stored?
