Create a CPT for single user, use it for create the user’s page.
Search for any user register into your site within the select field.
Select one and assign this post only to him.
Now only this user can se the content inside your post!

Instalación

Upload single-user-plugin to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin through the \’Plugins\’ menu in WordPress
