Really good and well thought out plugin that works and is easy to use. I bought the lifetime option and it has already saved me much more than it’s own worth in my time. No full booking solution was flexible or customisable enough for my business’s customer pathway and i was getting tired entering bookings manually into a Google sheet. I needed a custom solution and although i can code, did not have the time or trust in my own coding skills to do it. Now it’s all handled with Shopmagic. I use the Google sheets (free) add-on plus the advanced filters & Delayed Actions with the core plug in.

In your PRO version you advertise: Unlimited Updates & Support for 1 Site (For Personal) Unlimited Updates & Support for 25 Sites (For Professional) Instead of: Unlimited Updates & Support for 1 Site for 1 year (For Personal) Unlimited Updates & Support for 25 Sites for 1 year (For Professional) Including a notice above: Billed yearly, cancel anytime. Or even better, why don’t you remove the Unlimited, the only purpose it’s there is to try to fool the customers. Updates & Support for 1 Site for 1 year (For Personal) Updates & Support for 25 Sites for 1 year (For Professional) If you’re trying to gain users and have transparency, don’t you think the first should be to show things clearly?Also, Unlimited (no limits) is the same as Lifetime!! Remove the Unlimited, Anyway, I’ll stay [with my current solution]

This plugin is intuitive, has really nice functions and is easy to set up. The technical support guys respond quickly and provide all the support you need. I strongly recommend.

Misleading product description, allows you to set up pre configured ‘Recipes’ that don’t work in the free version which wastes you a lot of time. Please, please be more clear and stop trying to trick people.

I’m still learning ShopMagic, and so far I’m only using one automation. However, I had an issue with the WooCommerce template not displaying its header image when the ShopMagic followup email was sent. I finally got it figured out, but in the meantime, ShopMagic’s support was above and beyond. Thanks, Piotr!
