Instalación
- Upload the Plugin Memorandum folder to the plugins directory in your WordPress installation
- Go to plugins list and activate “Plugin Memorandum”.
- You can write and save memo for each plugin in the Plugins page.

このメモ 更新ボタンが表示されないバグは plugin-memorandum.php 207行目の classを class="alignleft actions" から class="alignleft actions bulkactions" に修正

Does not save notes in WordPress 4.71, hence useless.
