Using this plugin and the extra functionality added by the support for a free plugin, I now use this to mark order as completed by clicking a button in my “new-order-mails”. I don’t have to navigate to the correct order and mark it manually any more. Great experience, would recommend.

The plugin offers some advanced option to automate status changes, including for custom order statuses, and to track status changes on both front and back end. But more importantly, their support is very responsive, adds functionality requested by users and helps with small customisations.

Plugin that did everything we needed, and the one feature we needed that was missing was added within 24 hours. Insanely good customer support.

It does exactly what is expected and the support was amazing in helping me add a feature not present by default.
