An awesome extension- automatically inserts all the urban and rural postal codes as zones for the whole of New Zealand. If you need to set up shipping costs for urban and rural NZ, then this is a MUST-HAVE plugin- and it’s actually FREE!!

Works as described and makes light work of trying to figure if shipping includes rural surcharge. One note: make sure you keep the rural options at the top of the zone list.
