Instalación

You may install the plugin using the three following method:

  1. Upload the plugin file to your /wp-content/plugins/ directory
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
  3. Pasete the short code ([particlejs-banner]) where you want to display the particle banner or select “Particle Background” as Page template
  4. Configure your settings from Dashboard-> ParticleJs Banner and Save the Settings
  5. Open the page and enjoy the Particle js effect

Preguntas frecuentes

How can I add my own particles.js config file?

No Need to create configuration file, everything is configurable from wordpress Dashboard, just go to Dashboard-> ParticleJs Banner and configure accordingly.

How can I add text over the Particle Banner?

Go to Dashboard-> ParticleJs Banner, you will get a separate section for text and Call to action button configuration. Change the title, description and call to action button as per necissity.

How may I change particle size, color and background?

Login to WordPress dashboard and click ParticleJs Banner then you can change everything from the relevent section. It is quite self explenatory.

Looked good in preview; disaster when published

The particle effect looked absolutely perfect in preview mode, I was so happy! But unfortunately the moment I published it and went to have a look at it live, disaster struck. All of the website's elements were displaced, there was a huge white section at the top of the website, there was transparency on some of my rows where there wasn't any before, and the footer was fixed to the screen, covering most of the website's content. So strange because it looked perfect in preview. The moment I deactivated the plugin, everything went back to normal so unfortunately I can't recommend this plugin ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I had huge challenges integrating particlesJS into wordpress. Scripts were failing to load then come across this plugin. oooooh everything changed. Owesome plugin. Thank you for making it free and upto date.
